Return policy

If you change your mind about a product you've purchased we offer a 14day returns policy. The original goods must be returned to us in an unused condition in its original packaging.

In this event purchasers are required to pay for return postage.

Refunds will be made back to the same card used to make the original purchase once item has been received.

 

*Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on Earrings; Face Masks; Clothing or Sale items.*

Damaged/Incorrect items

We do our best to make sure all items are delivered in perfect condition. In instances where they are received damaged we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange. As part of your returns policy we ask that you send photographic evidence of the damaged items and packaging both inside & out (Label needs to be clearly visible), failure to provide evidence will mean we won't be able to process the return.

In the highly unlikely scenario you received the incorrect item. We ask that you send a photo of said item, once received we shall organise your original purchase item to be sent to you immediately.

Exchanges

As above we are happy to offer an exchange on any damaged items you receive. This will be a direct exchange for the same item.


*Exchanges on items will be made on stock basis that includes sales items.*

Delivery

Domestic (UK) Delivery

We currently utilise EVRi for postage. Thus, we have a weight based fee starting at £2.95.​ Please be aware we are offering free delivery on orders of £75 and over (UK Domestic Market Only).

International Delivery

We are now offering International Delivery (Europe & World Zones 1-3). Your parcels will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. This means that parcel deliveries to Europe should take 3-5 business days; The rest of the world 5-7 business days (+ up to 25days). Please allow up to 3 days to process your package. Prices are based on product weight and thus will vary. 

*There may be delays at customs once products reach buyers country. Also be aware that it is down to the international buyer to cover any custom costs.

Be aware orders received on Fridays and over weekends will not be dispatched till the following Monday. 

 

If an international order is returned back to The Evil Eye Company Ltd due to the provided address being incorrect; refusal to pay customs charges; failure to organise redelivery and or collection . It will be down to the BUYER to cover the cost of resending the items again. If the item/s are no longer wanted/needed a refund for the total cost of item/s will be offered minus the cost of shipping once product is received back to The Evil Eye Company Ltd.

UK Domestic Market:

All prices are inclusive of VAT within the UK. Thus, no sneaky surprises.

International Market:

International buyers will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply.

Your Data?

We use Fingerprinting and thus run a Cookieless system.

Cookieless has 3 main implications:

  • respect for individual privacy and all privacy laws

  • It is the only 100% accurate solution for tracking all user activity

  • It offers more security by not storing data on user devices

Why is fingerprinting OK and cookies are not? Because the fingerprint is not stored on the user device and, therefore, cannot provide data about what the visitor does outside of the sessions related to the particular site. This makes cross-tracking impossible. Some anonymized data is stored, but only within the analytics environment, and it is impossible to associate it with the habits and history of a particular individual. Nobody can learn about what you do online.
